The Whole Counsel of God!

The Original Apostles had not even concluded their ministry on earth when FIVE out of SEVEN of the Churches they founded (little home churches in various cities) were already Corrupted and Lost. The Revelation of John begins with Letters dictated to him by the Very Spirit of God, Warning these churches to Repent or face the dire consequences of their sins. Only ONE Church, Philadelphia, was holding fast to His Word and had Not denied His name! (Rev3:8) These and a Severely Persecuted Remnant in Smyrna were overcoming the onslaught of false doctrines and the pagan culture of Rome.

We see also from the letters of the Apostle Paul that he was encountering mounting opposition from false teachers and false brethren everywhere in the churches. He warned the people Constantly to Test the spirits and be ever mindful of the Savage wolves coming in to deceive them. (Acts20:29-30) He knew that prideful men would rise up among the flock, speaking perverse things, and drawing people away from Steadfast faithful Obedience to Jesus! He said they would use Flattering speech to deceive the hearts of the simple. (Rom16:17-18) And they would try to involve the brethren in foolish disputes and embroil them in debate that leads to nothing! (2Tim2:23-26) He identified these men by name and called them heretics  (2Tim2:17, Rom16:17) and he said their Error would spread like Cancer if not stopped!

The Apostle Jude said these men would come in among the brethren and turn the Grace of God into a License for immorality. (Jude3-4) Peter said they would TWIST the writings of Paul to their own destruction and called it the error of the wicked! (2Pet16-17) Jesus Warned Constantly of false teachers, the Savage wolves of error, who would deceive even the elect. (Matt24:24) He said they were thieves and robbers who had come in another way to merchandise the souls of the people! (John10:10-12) All this is the Strong Delusion that was already at work, only slightly restrained by the faithful FEW still contending for the faith! (2Thess2:2-12)

As the Apostolic era closed with the passing of John, the wolves came crawling out of the woodwork. Roman paganism infiltrated the church’s teaching and the doctrine according to godliness, with the message of Repentance of sin, faded into the background. By the time Rome adopted Christianity as their national religion in 387AD it had become a mere shadow of its original intent. The True Message of Repentance and faith was suppressed and the early teaching of many disciples discarded by the church.

The Passing of TIME has NOT improved the situation in the least! Rather than adopting the teaching of the early churches (in home disciples of the Apostles) and returning to the Apostolic Roots of Christian teaching, the church right up through the Reformation to our Present Day has embraced the errors of third and forth Century Roman paganism and created a System of Doctrines to support them. Therefore to Suppose that YOUR Church is the exception in all of this, because of some teaching you hold to or tradition you embrace, is VERY ill conceived and probably testifies of the blindness engulfing you.

One of Most Outstanding Features of enlightened Apostolic Christianity, is NOT the presence of signs and wonders, but the PREACHING of Repentance and WARNINGS against error! What was the Basics of the Message throughout the Book of Acts? ‘Faith working by love, Repentance Proven by Deeds, Purity of heart, Steadfast endurance and the exposing of error!’ Salvation was a Rescue from the corrupting influence of sin, not accepting a church doctrine or repeating some words. NONE of these things are pre-eminent in the church today. The basic of their teaching is that man is Born into Sin, Depraved, morally inept, unable to choose the right way and MUST be SAVED IN his sins. This Translates into no Repentance at all, merely a Confession of Sinfulness, or an insincere Repentance with no Clearing of the Wrong Doing and therefore no Purity of heart.

What then are we, if Awakened to these errors, to do but EXPOSE the Teachers promoting such things before they can overthrow the faith of more people and bring them into bondage! Paul said, ‘There mouths must be stopped, teaching things that subvert whole households!’ (Titus1:10-11) He was Not concerned that his own reputation and popularity among the people would suffer loss by naming these men. Nor did he Suppose that by Teaching them Sound Doctrine (Which he was Already doing!) was enough to off set the influence of their teachings on the churches. They Had to be Exposed!

Standing fast against error and false brethren is Never easy and its certainly not the popular thing to do. All the Faithful Ministers of God throughout history have suffered loneness and alienation for defending the Truth. There are NO Exceptions! ‘Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Elijah, Daniel, Moses, Noah….ALL the New Testament Saints!’ A LARGE Part of Serving God and Preaching His Word is also Defending His Truth Against all forms of error and Exposing the false teachers perusing the flock.  This Includes opposing their Doctrines, no matter how ‘Scriptural; based t hey may appear or how deceptive they are weaved. John told us NOT to Believe every spirit, but TEST the spirits to see if they are from God! (1John4:1-6) MANY False Prophets have gone out into the world, he said. Satan’s Army making war on the Saints of God!

The ONLY Way you can develop a sharp level of Discernment against these errors is STRIVING Diligently to KNOW the Word and being CERTAIN to be lead by the Spirit of Truth! Truth will NEVER Condone Sin. Truth will NEVER Suggest that man CANNOT DO What is Right! TRUTH will Strive to KEEP His Commandments and Call Sinners to Repentance. TRUTH would Never say that sins are forgiven in advance or that Christ Obeyed for you and God is not concerned about your sin. TRUTH would Defend Righteousness and Uphold Purity of heart. It would NEVER Pronounce someone Saved who had Not Come OUT of their sins in the Process of Conviction and godly sorrow.

TRUTH Says, ‘LET NO ONE DECEIVE YOU!’  (1Cor6:9-10, Gal5:19-21, Eph5:5-7) Certain Behavior will MOST Certainly KEEP you OUT of the Kingdom of God! There is NO SUCH Thing as fornicating Christians, lying, cheating, hating, drunken, Christians! Christians are NOT SINNERS, but SAINTS! Immorality and uncleanness is not even Mentioned among them. The Churches WALLOW in Sin Because they BEING Taught God SAVED them that Way! They Argue in favor of sin, twisting the Scriptures to fit their carnality, because they have NEVER CRUCIFIED the Flesh with its passions and desires. They Stand on a Shifting Foundation of SAND, where NO ONE Can agree on anything EXCEPT that Man is Born into Sin, is Saved in Sin and will NEVER Stop Sinning!

We are entered into an Extreme Emergency Situation. The WOLVES are in Control! They OWN the Platforms. TRUTH is not welcome in the churches. They will tolerate in house debate on Doctrines and the few proponents quoting Bible verses at their meetings. BUT if you Stand and expose their errors they will Demand your head on a Platter in no time! DO you THINK that John the Baptist was Concerned about his popularity when he pointed the finger at Herod and told him to Repent? He KNEW what it would ultimately cost him. When Steven preached Jesus to the Jews, did he tell them how much God loved them and He wasn’t concerned about their sins? ONE Message Cost him his LIFE!! And Paul, beaten, scorn, hated, ship wrecked, forsaken, in hunger, peril, nakedness and infirmity.

Yet his URGENCY never weaned. He Warned the churches night and day with tears and did not shun to give the WHOLE Counsel of God. Among this Great cloud of Witnesses (and many more) can you Remain Silent and THINK you are having an effect against the spirit of error by trying to be a NICE guy? DO you have ANY Idea what you are up against? The Battle in which you are engaged? The Souls that are at Stake. Your OWN Soul hanging in the balance as well!

There comes a time when the Messengers of God Must shake the dirt off their feet and Move on. Cease from Casting their pearls before the Swine! If a Person has a heart for Truth they will Respond. You won’t have to hold a gun to their heads! We are merely instruments of His Spirit. GOD Gives them up, WHY Can’t YOU? (Rom1:24-25) HE Withdraws His Spirit and sends them Strong Delusion. (2Thess2:7-11)

WHEN is it going to Occur to you that HE is ALSO Calling His People OUT of this Mess before it’s too late! (Rev18:4-5) The Church System is the Woman on the Scarlet Beast. Don’t try to Kid yourself that your church is the exception. The Remnant are individuals spread to the four winds!

The Danger is operating in enemy territory and becoming unaware of your surroundings. The System has the appearance of acceptability and an Image of Real Religion. Unless you KNOW how the LIE Works from top to bottom AND you are willing to oppose it, you are at Risk of self deception like everyone else. The False teachers are Clever and they have woven the Lie into the pages of Scripture in such manner that the average person is CLUELESS to detect it! BUT the Worst thing you can do now is Procrastinate. This is a time for some DEEP soul searching and serious decision making. You Can’t afford to be Wrong about any of this. Therefore be Ready and awakened.
