The Parable of the sower

James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls  We are  to receive what's already by nature implanted in us waiting to be watered by the influence of the Spirit. To reject the engrafted word of God is to go against one's very nature and conscience in which he was created. (faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word) this activates the engrafted word and gives the increase in do season.

1 Thessalonians 2:13  For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe. (the  effects of the empowerment of grace working therein within the believer that produces fruits pleasing to God) However, the word of men is received without effect and produces sin and death..

The engrafted word

The Gospel of truth is the whole counsel of good tidings. The time of refreshing with God, and the [release from the bondage of sin] through reconciliation of the blood, and abiding in Jesus Christ. This 'engrafted word' that can save ones soul is descriptive of the gospel of grace and its working empowerment within the believer; (the empowerment of grace) Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present worldTitus 2-12

The Holy Spirit convicts men/women of sin, righteousness, and judgment John 16-8, demanding man's response to either break up the grounds of his heart's and make ready for the effects of righteousness to work therein, or reject that conviction. Neglected and uncultivated ground hardens into habitual sin, thus requires a season of godly sorrow and repentance which makes the grounds of the heart ready to receive with meekness what was already implanted and will not be regretted of. The precious, incorruptible seed of the word,1 Peter 1:22-23 cannot take root in a corrupted sinful heart housing guile therein. Jesus Christ illustrated the invisible things by using visible agrarian parables. Cultivation in repentance allows for the seed/word to be implanted in good soil... otherwise the word is sown upon rocks or, among thorns. Rocks block any deep penetration, and thorns choke off any growth. The result can be none other than unfruitfulness in which one becomes a hearer of the word instead of being a doer of the word, just as seed sown upon rocks or among thorns can bear no lasting fruit. The condition of the heart determines if the engrafted word shall have any lasting effect producing a good crop.

Luke 8:12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil and taketh away the word out of their hearts lest they should believe and be saved.

Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, (with his ministers of dark light, the fowls of the air, Matt. 13-4b that lodge in the branches of the great tree of religion, parable of the mustard seed, Matt. 31-32, that when it is grown, remains humble not, and becomes Nebuchadnezzar's tree, Daniel 4, that feeds all flesh) and taketh away the word out of their hearts, (thou shall not surely die) lest they should believe and be saved. (these are those that hear the gospel but understand it not Matt.13-19a. This is he which received seed by the way side, thus becoming prey to the merchandizing fowls of the air residing in the comfort of the branches within Christianity's Tree of Mystery Babylon.) 13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. (Succumb to the lures of this world, having fallen away because when the sun was up they were scorched; and because they had no root, and held fast not to the gospel they withered away in times of tribulation. The baptism of fire) 14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection 15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. ("patience" one of the seven virtues of Christian growth). All Christians suffer the # 4, the biblical number of tribulation, knowing that tribulation worketh patience not rapture, for Jesus prayed the Father that none should be taken out of the world, but rather leave them in the world yet keeping them form evil, and sanctify them in thy truth, thy word is thy truth, John 17:14-18. Therefore, fellow saints, such as the apostle John are our companions in tribulation Rev 1-9, not companions in rapture ships. The rapture was invented by men with depraved minds fixed on the end-times mania circus. Fools, not knowing that we have always been in the end times. Deceitful delighters of folly and mysticism

Why does receiving with meekness the implanted word in good soil empower one (by grace) to keep and do the word of God which can save one's soul? Because, from the beginning of one's venture in diligently seeking God he/she has obeyed the truth in preparing the soil of the heart by "putting away once-and-for-all filthiness in the baptism of repentance with toil, vengeance, and zeal not to be regretted of.. A stony, thorny, rebellious heart will never permit the implanted word to take root or bring forth any lasting fruit, for the self-seeking soul has not yet been purged and will systematically reject the Spirit of truth, through systematic theology, thus quenching the Spirit by subduing the engrafted word making sure it never germinates therein. He/she quarantines/isolates the Spirit of truth quenching it for the purpose of hence forth being of none effect.  Or as the apostle Paul said in the first chapter of Romans' "They suppress/hold the truth in unrighteousness". This is done through Pundits of cleaver inventions, or systematic theologies for the purpose of serving his on lusts while simultaneously seeking to be justified. Thus, systemizing doctrines in which man can be saved in his sin and remain in fellowship with the world.

"Saved" simply means restored to fellowship with God. Can the works of sin have fellowship with God?. The great theologians, (giants in the earth), down through the ages, beginning with Augustine, have all systematically taught that darkness and light can co-exist resulting in the idea that sin is in harmony with God because He made us that way for His own glory. Notwithstanding, these imposters were sown by the Wicked One while men slept. Matt. 13-19. However, Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled, Deut. 22:9.

The bible tells us that "in Him there is no darkness". And the one who resides in darkness is an imposter and there is no truth in him. If we say that we have fellowship (are saved) with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 1 John 1-6

John 12:24-25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: (without God) but if it die, (baptism of repentance) it bringeth forth much fruit. (some 30 fold, 60 fold, and 100 fold) He that loveth his life shall lose it; (your best life now) and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Matthew 12-37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; (the past, present, and future age of mankind) the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one (in the world there are believers and non believers) 39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. (2 Peter 3, no future millennial reign) Why? 41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

And Jesus asked His disciples; if you don't know the parable of the sower how can ye know all the other parables?  Mark 4-13. The common consensus, or collective mind of Christianity with her theologians and pundits know not the parable of the sower. They are liken to Nebuchadnezzar's generation of magicians, astrologers, and soothsayers. Men of great signs and wonders formulating magical transfers via charlatans of pixie dust.

The parable of the leaven

Leaven in the text denotes ambitious pride that seeks to puff itself up which leads to iniquity. The first time this is implied in the text is was with Eve, who, under the influence of the Serpent became prideful by encountering her own ambition to become wise as gods.

Matthew 13- 33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

The woman being described here is none other than the woman "Mystery Babylon" in Rev 18. She is most certainly not the good women found in Rev 12. To the best of my knowledge, it was John Wesley who turned the meaning of this parable upside down, and it has been that way ever since. He perceived in this parable that the church would eventually evangelize the whole world.  It also harmonizes with the same thinking of gradual sanctification that he formulated. (also known as
a work in progress)

13:33 three measures - This was the quantity which they usually baked at once: till the whole was leavened - Thus will the Gospel leaven the world and grace the Christian. Luke 13:20. John Wesley

He also understood the parable of the mustard seed in reverse. I don’t think it’s possible to get the parable of the mustard seed wrong but get the parable of the leaven correct. If one is wrongly interpreted so shall be the other by necessity.

13:32 The least - That is, one of the least: a way of speaking extremely common among the Jews. It becometh a tree - In those countries it grows exceeding large and high. So will the Christian doctrine spread in the world, and the life of Christ in the soul.  John Wesley

In this parable we have 1) the kingdom of heaven, 2) leaven, 3) a woman, and 4) three measures of meal.  The kingdom of heaven is the church. The woman is the womb by which converts are birthed. Leaven is pride and hypocrisy. And the three measures of meal signify the purity and sincerity of the gospel message.

The first time three measures of meal is mentioned in the text is in Gen. 18, and it is actually connected with a "woman", Sarah. When Sarah obeyed her husband and made ready cakes with three measures of meal. It was prepared without pride, presented with humility, and service out of a sincere heart towards the Lord and His two travellers. “Pride & proud” are found 99 times in the text. Not a good thing!   It is interesting to note, that Abraham, as he sat by his tent door in the heat of the day knew the Lord when He appeared to him on the plains of Mamre. Therefore being a humble man he ran to meet them and bowed himself toward the ground. Gen.18-1,2. Our Lord confirms this in John 8-56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.

Matt. 13-33 is basically a second witness to the mustard seed parable in verse 32. Both together represent pride and deceit entering the church. How could Jesus know such prophesies? He could see the hearts of men and the treacherous ambition that lies therein. In scripture there is a good woman, and a bad woman. The two spiritual influences. 1) The good church is the fruitful womb from which the righteous children of the Kingdom are birthed. And 2) the apostate church of Mystery Babylon. “IE” Christianity; the maligned womb from which the children of Satan are sired and formed apart from the true Christian faith. Such as these do evil and are spiritually born of the devil going astray from the womb speaking lies and hypocrisies, “IE” The Wicked found in Psalms 58-3 confirmed by Christ in John 8 -44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: (his followers that belong to him, Daddy Serpent’s children) for he is a liar, and the father of it.

There is always an inverse to everything in the text. We can find the good woman clothed with the righteousness of the sun, (the gospel) in Rev 12. In the parable of the leaven spoken of by the Lord in Matt. 13, we must discern whether this woman is of a good spiritual influence or an evil influence. To be wrong in our understanding would make the parable say the opposite of the truth. Keep in remembrance; that Jesus asked His disciples that if they knew not the parable of the sower how then should they know any of the other parables. In the allegory of the bond woman, and the freewomen used by Paul in the book of Galatians, Sahara is typed as the freewomen. One born of the church of righteousness that is not under the bondage of sin. Those of the freewoman are walking after the Spirit. (these are unleavened) Matt. 13-33 The fact that the woman TOOK & HID something is suspicious in of itself, knowing that the gospel is open and without shame.  Thus we can determine what she was doing was in secret pertaining to "leaven". (Not looking very good thus far).

Why does the suspicious woman take and hide leaven? She takes pride and false doctrine and ever so subtly mixes it in with the purity of the gospel, and over time if the abomination is not noticed it continues to grow until the whole loaf is leavened. The apostle Peter said; they do this "privily".  Jude says they "creep in unawares"...Peter said they bring "damnable heresies" that beguile unstable souls. They preach a doctrine that saves one in their sin, making the gospel of none effect. This is why the woman Took and Hid leaven into the gospel in Matthew 13-33. This leaven has been slowly injected into the gospel ever since Augustine, the father of all false doctrine within the confines of the Institutional Church. Over time the church becomes more and more leavened, however the woman is so subtly cleaver that the poisoning of the gospel is not even noticed among the congregations, as the church continues on in her downward spiral, thinking everything is good as more people are joining the church every day.

Leaven & leavened occurs 37 times in the text and describes a gradual growth of pride, sin, and hypocrisy. The inverse of leaven is "unleavened" found 61 times in the text.  The Hebrews spent the entire week before Passover sweeping out any leaven found within their houses.  It’s was a signature of sweeping away all forms of pride and hypocrisy, (unleavened). The cakes made of unleavened bread did not rise; Once again, a signature of pride not rising within Israel.  Therefore, if the church would have remained small and humble in
Matthew 13-33 the term "unleavened" would have been most proper I should think. But rather it says the results are of leaven, and not unleavened. Very telling...

And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten. {Do not partake of any false gospel which intern elevates the flesh} Paul tells us in 1 Cor. 5 that being prideful and glorying in ourselves will over time allow just a little leaven to grow into an abomination. Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? (Here Paul says that it will destroy the whole lump. That is exactly what Jesus said concerning the end results of the parable of the leaven Matthew 13-33 "till the whole was leavened". Then Paul instructs them to .7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us: He equates the Passover with Christ, thus we know Christ is NOW the Passover.

Side note: In Leviticus 23, along with the passover, the sabbath is also listed as a ceremonial feast day. Not only is Christ our Passover but He is also our Sabbath. Somehow the dialectic force within the church that argues over the Saturday/Sunday sabbath has not been able to discern this truth.

Remember it was during the Passover that the ritual of unleavened bread was baked, and that all leaven was to be purged from their houses, as a signature of purity. This is why the 613 laws of Moses were to be as a schoolmaster, not to be confused with the moral law of God, the 10 commandments, which have been elevated and magnified in Christ, therefore we are now under the Law of Christ in the New Testament. 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. (Today the feast is in Christ 24/7 and we are to honour HIM in all reverence of humility and meekness)  Blessed are the poor in spirit, (the humble), and blessed are the meek, for theirs is the kingdom Matt, 5. And to the proud >A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. Galatians 5:9 Leaven works like cancer and rots away the whole church from the inside out. The night of the living dead (the sons of perdition) biting and devouring each other while being feasted upon by the fouls of the air. (Where the vultures are gathered the dead bodies that are TAKEN will be found said Jesus)

Grace is the divine influence of God upon our heart. It quickens the spirit and faith then becomes the active substance yielding to its influence from our heart. A working faith becomes the supreme act of salvation concerning our part within the dynamic of synergy. Abraham by faith, Abel by faith, Noah by faith, Rehab etc., Hebrews 11, these men/women had a working/living faith. Cain had a dead faith, (faith alone)

When Paul proclaimed that salvation is "not of works," he was referring to the outward works of the law like circumcision and ceremonial achievements. So he taught that salvation is wrought internally via the grace of God working together with our submission, Philippians 2-12,13 not via external adherence to rites and rituals and outward sacraments, (the sacrilegious). Therefore despite our past rebellion and any present ignorance, God reckons our faithfulness to Him as righteousness, if indeed we have a genuine saving faith. Unmerited favour is not efficacious. Only faith is efficacious as it focuses upon the justification that Christ sealed up at Calvary, sealed up the justification of the one faithful people of God Acts.20.28. (and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, Daniel 9-24) Now by following Christ's righteous example a believer can be reckoned righteous by faith plus works of love from a heart of sincerity. “Sincerity with purity” is the opposite of “guile and spotted” that is full of treachery and deceit..

Hebrews 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: Hebrews 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire. (There is only one fire, and the whole world has been on fire ever since the 1st advent of Christ. The fire has a two-fold purpose 1) it consumes the wicked, and 2) it purifies the righteous by burning away all the dross in such that His people shall shine like silver and be purified as Gold Zechariah 13-9. It’s interesting to note that Zechariah wrote that some 2500 years ago. And yet still today there is nothing known to man that can be purified and tried to the extreme limits of gold, and no substance known to man has the ability to reflect light to the limits of silver. Walking in purity, and reflecting the light of the gospel in a darkened world of sin and rebellion.
